I am thrilled to begin my 4th year teaching for Buford City Schools!
Although I was born in Chicago, I lived in 5 different states (IL, TX, GA, PA, UT) before landing at UTexas Austin with a BA in English.  I sampled the private sector before finishing my MA in Elementary Education.  I feel very passionately about teaching and honored at being given the chance to guide.  I believe every child is wonderfully unique and CAN learn, do, and achieve anything! I believe effective teaching begins in the heart and goes beyond the classroom.  I am loved and supported by my handsome husband of 15 years, David and our 3 amazing kids Matthew (11), Josh (9), and Lily (6).  We all LOVE calling Buford home!
GO Wolves!
