Celebrating Super Bowl 50 with Team Jersey Day!
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Super Bowl, students came to school dressed in support of their favorite athletic team. It was so cool to see all of the many different teams that were the favorites among our students. We are proud to announce that hands-down the most popular team of all was none other than the Buford Wolves! We also offer our congratulations to the Denver Broncos who emerged as the winning team this year.
Science Fair Success
At BA, the internet safety of our children is very important to us. This year we will be observing Safer Internet Day on Tuesday, February 9th. Learn how you can get involved by visiting the Safer Internet Day site and the sites of the sponsors of this amazing event. We want to promote safety for all of our children on the internet. "The theme for this year’s Safer Internet Day celebration is “Play your part for a better Internet.” The day offers all of us the opportunity to do that – not just by increasing the number of people who use the Internet and connected technologies safely and responsibly but also by growing the amount of good there is online and using the Internet to increase its visibility and impact. We’re talking about expressions of kindness and positive social action, big or small, by people of all ages."(http://saferinternetday.us_/)
